DAY 1 SINGAPORE – PONTIANAK (L/D) (TR340: 11.25-12.00)
Assemble at Changi Airport for our flight to Pontianak this morning. Just 1.5hrs we arrive and be welcomed to Pontianak where our guide meets us at Supadio Airport. Then we go for lunch @ Sari Bento Restaurant.
This afternoon, we visit the Museum, Radank House & Melayu House and Mesjid Mujahidin. Late noon we enjoy a Kapuas River Cruise to see a blend of historical landmarks, bustling economic activity, and the intimate daily routines of locals living along Indonesia’s longest waterway follows by dinner @ Lin Lao Jia Chinese Restaurant before we check into our hotel.

DAY 2 PONTIANAK – SINGAKAWANG (B/L/D)
Today, please don’t take too much breakfast in the hotel because we are going to bring you to try the most famous coffee in town, Kopi Asiang. Pontianak, the capital of West Kalimantan, is famously known as the “City of a Thousand Coffee Shops”. Kopi Asian has existed since 1958 (over 65 years old). The legendary Kopi Asiang famed not only for its strong, consistent flavour but also for Asiang himself — known for serving shirtless, a common practice among the local Chinese community due to Pontianak’s hot weather before we head off to Singkawang (about 4 hours’ drive).
Enroute, we stop at the Equator Monument follows by lunch at Rm Atiang Sei Pinyuh. Reaching Singkawang, we visit Samudra Beach then dinner at Fajie Land Seafood Restaurant before a free and easy go to Weng Coffee Shop (own expenses) or shopping at Moon Cake Sauchong. We then check into the Swiss-Bellinn Hotel.





DAY 3 SINGKAWANG (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel. This morning we visit the Pasar Turi local market where there are many local foods to try, such as Nasi Ayam, Traditional cakes etc.
After that, we head to Buy Fresh by Farm (Avocado Farm) where you can try the fresh creamy avocado juice or buy some fruits here while enjoying a unique agro-tourism experience. We continue to Batu Belimbing, here you can take photo of the dramatic geological formations. What’s interesting is that the granite rock, which appears to float on the surface of the lake, is described as “alive”. Then to the biggest and most beautiful temple in Singkawang, Sui Kheu Thai Pak Kung Kelor, which is launched its grand opening on 04 Oct 2022.
Travelling to any place, for sure one must try the local dishes or specialties. In Singkawang, Choi Pan is a must try food here. You can have it at Marga Tjia House before exploring one of the cultural heritage of Chinese culture in Singkawang City, which was founded in 1901. Currently, Rumah Marga Tjhia functions as a museum. Then a photostop at Icon I Love Singkawang and visit Tri Dharma Bumi Raya Temple. For shoppers, we drop in at Batik at Hari-Hari Store and enjoy the sights of Pasar Hongkong in an Odong-Odong brightly decorated, modified vehicle adorned with colorful lights and playing Indonesian music. After dinner @ Pondok Lobster, we check into our hotel.

DAY 4 SINGKAWANG – PONTIANAK (B/L/D)
Today after breakfast we check out and head back to Pontianak. Enroute we stop by the Borneo Wood Gallery to see how intricate handicrafts are made from iron wood including functional furniture, household decorations and kitchenware. A standout feature is the collection of giant wood sculptures and carvings that serve as popular photo spots. On the way to Pontianak we can also try Kopi Aming or Pondok Pengkang Peniti (own expense). Try Pengkang, a traditional cake made from sticky rice and wrapped in banana leaves grilled over charcoal and eaten with chili sauce. After lunch, we reach Pontianak where we visit Tulou (Hakka House) and St. Joseph Cathedral. Enjoy some shopping time at Pattimura Souvenir Place, a popular, one-stop destination for Pontianak specialities, including food, handicrafts, and local snacks. Let us treat you to taste the most famous Ice Cream in coconut shell, Es Krim Angi, and then dropping by at Legita Kek Lapis Store. Dinner at Pondok Kakap Seafood Restaurant. We check into our hotel and rest.




DAY 5 PONTIANAK – SINGAPORE (B) (TR341: 13.10-15.35)
This morning after a leisure breakfast, we check out and head to the Supadio Airport for flight check in back to Singapore. Arrive home this afternoon.
