 Day 1 (Mon, 14 Dec 2026):  Singapore – Sai Gon (Meal on Board, D)

Depart from Changi Airport for Ho Chi Minh City (formerly known as Sai Gon) on SQ184.  Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you are warmly welcomed by our guide and transferred to the city centre for an orientation tour by coach.

Time permitting, we visit interesting sites and landmarks in Sai Gon City including the Notre Dame Catholic Cathedral, French-built Post Office and Opera House before checking to our hotel to freshen up and assemble on board the Indochine Queen cruise to enjoy international buffet dinner on a lovely Saigon River Cruise

 Day 2 (Tue, 15 Dec 2026): Sai Gon – Cantho (B/L/D)
After breakfast,  leisure check out and transfer to Cantho via CT01 highway bypasses the busy commercial piers and pull up directly to a shaded, paved canal-side entry point in rural Tiền Giang.
Board a traditional wooden sampan equipped with overhead shade canopy and comfortable cushioned seating while a local rower guides you using traditional standing oars (chèo ghe).  The entire 1.5-hour journey takes place inside narrow, completely calm creek environment surrounded by coconut palms (Nipa Palms) and overhanging fruit orchards.  By noon, we drop off directly at the wooden pier of a rustic, accessible garden restaurant (Nhà vườn) and enjoy a quiet, easy-to-digest lunch featuring fresh Mekong river fish, soft rice noodles, and local greens.
Re-board coach to continue the journey to Can Tho where upon arrival, we check into our hotel to rest comfortably for the afternoon.  Later, visit Ninh Kieu Park and capture the golden hour over the Mekong River and the iconic distant Can Tho Bridge before a relaxing dinner at a riverside restaurant. Time permitting, visit the nearby Can Tho pedestrian Bridge for evening lights up with a shifting, colorful LED system.

 Day 3 (Wed, 16 Dec 2026): Full Day Cantho (B/L/D)

Early morning wake up as we board a private, comfortable covered boat from Ninh Kieu Wharf to visit the Cai Rang Floating Market. Because it is a highly active, working marketplace rather than a staged tourist show, timing and transit are everything.  Also this avoids the heat and the harshest sun.  Here is largest wholesale water market in the Mekong Delta.  Return to hotel for breakfast and some rest.

Mid-Morning: Take a relaxing trip to Son Islet (Con Son) for community-based tourism, featuring fruit orchards and fish feeding which offer a very relaxing pace.  Lunch at Con Son community tourism village

Afternoon: Visit the Binh Thuy Ancient House, which offers an intimate look at local history with beautiful, preserved architecture. Built in 1870 by the wealthy Duong family, this rare architectural jewel beautifully fuses French colonial elegance with traditional Vietnamese and Chinese design.
Evening:  Enjoy a quiet evening at the hotel or take a gentle walk to the Tay Do Night Market.

 Day 4 (Thu, 17 Dec 2026): Can Tho – Sai Gon – Dalat (B/L/D)

Morning: Breakfast at hotel and then transfer to Saigon by private charter coach bus with rest stop enroute (4 hrs).  On arrival in Saigon, enjoy lunch at local restaurant near the airport before our transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport to catch our direct flight to Lien Khuong in the Dalat highlands (1500 msl).  Arrive at Dalat, meet our guide for transfer to city centre for dinner before check in to hotel.

 Day 5 (Fri, 18 Dec 2026): Dalat – Holy Pagodas & Colonial Railway (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel and then a full day of sightseeing at leisure

Morning: We visit Linh Phuoc “Glass” Pagoda whose main ground floor courtyard and massive outdoor Guan Yin statue are entirely flat and easily viewable without climbing any stair.
Late Morning: Heritage Train Ride where we visit the historic, French-designed Dalat Railway Station and board the vintage wood-paneled train for a relaxing 30-minute slow-speed ride through lush suburban hills, pine groves, and local flower greenhouses to Trai Mat.

       

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lunch: Premium Asian Fusion at Émai Dalat, an upscale, quiet restaurant set inside a calm garden. It serves premium, soft-textured Italian-Asian fusion dishes.

Afternoon: Bao Dai Summer Palace 1.  Explore the Art Deco home of Vietnam’s last emperor with its meticulously restored European neoclassical architecture, military history, and sprawling parklands

Dalat Flower Gardens & Lam Vien Square (at Lam Vien Square we take group photos in front of the giant iconic glass Artichoke structure).

Evening: Xuan Huong Lake & transfer for dinner at the Premium Artichoke Herbal Hotpot @ Leguda Vegetables Hotpot Restaurant.  Take the elevator up to the dining hall for a healthy, hot herbal broth buffet using Dalat’s famous fresh local greens.  Overnight in Dalat

       

 Day 6 (Sat, 19 Dec 2026): Dalat – Full Day Tour -Pine Forests & Cable Car Panoramas (B/L/D)

Morning: Enjoy the Robin Hill Cable Car ride to Truc Lam (once exit, we visit the grounds of Truc Lam Zen Monastery sitting at 1 300 msl)

For lunch, we enjoy a Lakeside Sturgeon Dining (on the shores of Tuyen Lam Lake) at a premium lakeside restaurant specializing in locally farmed sturgeon fish served in hot, clear, comforting ginger broths.

Afternoon: Fresh Strawberry Picking at a premium high-tech hydroponic strawberry farm (Bunny Hill or Puppy Farm).  Pick fruit easily without having to bend down or kneel and then sit down for a hot cup of local artichoke tea accompanied by local dried fruits.

       

And then transfer to Langfarm Premium Souvenir Shopping, boutique marketplace to comfortably shop for Dalat’s famous premium gifts like dried persimmons, artichoke tea, lotus seeds, and orchid extracts.

Evening: We enjoy a private cultural banquet at Memory restaurant, avoiding the chaotic, crowded steps of the central night market while enjoying Dalat’s winter culinary highlights in comfort (~14C).

 Day 7 (Sun, 20 Dec 2026): Dalat – Sai Gon by flight – Shopping – Grand Hotel Dinner (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel and then transfer to Lien Khuong airport for our flight to Tan Son Nhat airport at 11:45hrs.

Arrival Saigon at 12:40hrs, our guide meets and transfers us to enjoy lunch at local restaurant follows by free time at leisure to shop at Ben Thanh Market.

We return to our hotel for check in and refresh before enjoying a Western set dinner @ the Grand Hotel Rooftop Grand Lounge (Level 20) (from 18:00-22:00)

 Day 8 (Mon, 21 Dec 2026): Sai Gon- Singapore (B, Meal on Board)
After a leisure breakfast, transfer to Tan Son Nhat international airport for departure flight back home on SQ177.  Arrive home this afternoon.
