Visit to Ancient Nanfeng Kiln (South Wind Kiln) is a cultural tourist attraction subordinate to handicraft. It was built in 1506 in Ming Dynasty and its wood-fire has been lasted for 500 years, keep bumming and producing ceramics in its original way all along until today. It is the most long-live and best preserved ancient dragon kiln in China and even in the world, and is known as a “living relic and unmovable national treasure” and “Living fossil of pottery and porcelain”

Lingnan Tiandi is adjacent to the Foshan Ancestral Temple. There are a large number of Lingnan-style residential buildings of the late Qing Dynasty. Lingnan Tiandi uses the modern techniques to protect the historical buildings in the area, continue the charm of the historical streets and transform it as a unique tourism and shopping area. Nowadays, Lingnan Tiandi has become a new landmark in Foshan.

Visit Fengjian water village, Qinghui Garden Huagai Street.

Fengjian Water Village: There are more than a hundred ancient houses, all over the ancient trees, and the ancient stone roads. The trees are shaded, the birds are fragrant, and the poetry is beautiful. Everywhere in Fengjian Water Village , the waters are shining, the blue waves are rippling, and the twists and turns are not inexhaustible. Far from the hustle and bustle, the air is fresh and pleasant, the natural environment is harmonious, and the pattern of Lingnan ancient villages still exists.

Qinghui Garden was built in the last period of Ming Dynasty. Today’s Qinghui Garden has become a typical traditional South China Garden with Lingnan style of construction. The garden is one of the ten famous gardens in China and one of the four famous gardens in Guangdong Province.

Zhongshan, originally called Xiangshan in ancient times, was renamed in honor of Sun Yat-sen, who was born in nearby Cuiheng in 1866. Sun Yat-sen is regarded as the father of modern China as he devoted himself to the overthrow of the feudal Qing Dynasty (1636-1912) and the foundation of a new democratic republic in China.

Guangdong Province, were approved as a national cultural heritage site in 2001, and were listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in June 2007.

The Diaolou are fortified multi-storied tower-like structures that exquisitely integrate the Western architectural style with the Chinese architectural style.
