Depart by Scoot TR632 1225/1300hrs for Hatyai.

Depat for Hatyai today from Changi Terminal 1. Upon arrival, meet and transfer to lunch at Ko Yo island in Songkhla Lake. Enroute to Koh Yor Island, we enjoy some sightseeing.   Driving along the longest Bridge in Thailand, known as Prime Minister’s Bridge, we stop for lunch @ Ko Yo local Thai Restaurant. After lunch, we commence with sightseeing of Songkhla visiting the old town with its street art and the famous Golden Mermaid. We then depart for Phatthalung via 5.5 km Chaloem Phra's Kiat Rainbow Bridge and arrive for hotel check in with dinner at View Yok restaurant.

Thale Noi

This morning, we depart early for a sunrise tour at Thale Noi Bird Park. Boarding a long tail boat, we cruise to reach the Pak Pra Canal, a freshwater expanse adorned with traditional Yok Yor fishing nets, just before dawn. Regarded as Thailand’s largest waterbird park, Thale Noi Lake spans an impressive 28 sq km, housing a diverse array of over 287 exotic winged species. During our cruise, we can spot beautiful Lotus flower and perhaps spot some herds of sea buffalos.

We then return to our hotel for breakfast and some rest. Later in the morning, we visit Sampaothai, known also as Thai King Kong Statue for some instagramable photo shots. Lunch is at the popular Larn Tha Chu Restaurant.

After lunch, let’s explore what Patthalung has to offer further. Phatthalung is regarded as the birthplace of Nang Talung shadow-puppet play and the Nora dance. Today we visit a Shadow Puppet Gallery and visit Wat Tha Khae to watch a Manora Dance performance recognized as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Enjoy dinner at a unique Thai Restaurant called Baeb Thai. Return to hotel to rest.

Breakfast at resort.   We check out this morning and depart for Nakhon Sri Thammarat province. We start our journey visiting 1500-year-old Wat Phra Mahathat Woramahawihan, a nominee for UNESCO World Heritage Award. Check out the large number of pagodas facing the great pagoda in the centre. Find out why it also nicknamed as the “No Shadow” Temple. Following lunch at Chao Ruea Thai restaurant, we move on to Kiriwong Village that is well-known across the country as having the best ozone in Thailand. It is a place that reflects how the local communities coexist together with nature. Spend some time exploring this village with its clear water river, natural surroundings, local market, absorbing local lifestyle and shopping for local handicrafts while taking in the best air in Thailand and maybe delving in juicy and delicious tropical fruits such as durian, mangosteen, banana, langsat, jackfruit, and rambutan

We depart from Kiriwong and visit a cultural attraction of a local folklore at Ai Khai ‘Egg Boy’ Temple, dedicated to a wood carving in the shape of a child, aged about 9-10 years old, wearing camouflage clothes and black glasses with the age of more than a thousand years. Discover the story of the ‘Egg Boy’ who has been a great source of hope to locals since the pandemic and who adorned him with thousands of roosters in all sizes along the roadside as well as on a piece of land where sits thousands of these roosters. We then leave for the seaside village of Khanom and check into our resort. This evening, enjoy dinner at Khanom Seafood Restaurant

Breakfast at our resort. Khanom is associated with pink dolphins. So be prepared on a long tail boat to embark on a remarkable journey to witness the enchanting beauty of pink dolphins, rare and endangered creatures that inhabit the waters of Khanom. There are around 2 000 pink dolphins in the world and here, Khanom has 60 of them.

We end of morning with lunch @ local Thai restaurant before we board our coach for a panoramic ride along the Khanom-Sichon coastal road, one of Thailand’s least developed coastlines—and best kept secret. We make some photo stops at viewpoints before we return to our resort for some leisure time at the beach. Tonight, dinner at a local Thai restaurant.

We check out and depart south for Hatyai. Enroute we stop over at Khao Chai Son Hot Springs where locals believe in its healing power and it has also received the wellness tourism standard certificate (natural hot springs) at an excellent level from the Department of Tourism. We enjoy a lunch at a local restaurant before we arrive at Hatyai where we have some time for shopping at Kim Yong Market shopping or parhaps some foot massage at Central Festival Mall. Following dinner at Jae Lek Thai Restaurant, we head to the Hatyai International Airport for our flight home to Singapore via Scoot TR631 2305/0200hrs (02 Aug)
